Yoga with Todd
Our clothing optional co-ed yoga practice is an eclectic exploration of the mind,
body and spirit--without the restriction of clothing.
After you check-in at the front lobby, you are welcome to set up your mat in the
private yoga studio. You may prefer to remove your clothes right away or wait until
the beginning of class...whatever feels right to you. If you want to keep clothing on
during class, that is fine, but you'll find that most of us, if not all of us, prefer to be
totally nude.
We provide a safe, warm and welcoming environment. Our studio has very low
lighting, so if you are a little shy, you'll find an element of privacy in the soft lighting.
No previous yoga experience is required. This class is open to all levels age 18 and
over.
